A passionate digital psychology researcher: Everything I have engaged in so far has all been driven by my keen interest and curiosity in understanding the underlying psychology of users' behavior and how to lead them to a certain action.

EXPERIMENTATION PROJECTS CONDUCTED
Where I live.
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
What I love doing (when not at work).
Despite the fact that I am a lone wolf, family and friends are extremely important to me. I like to spend my alone time reading, traveling, meditating, thinking, or researching. I love spending time with my girlfriend and having in-depth conversations with friends over cigars and beer. To release energy and create discipline, I go to the gym and do boxing.
What I do (professionally).
I help organizations nail customer needs and drive growth with a data and experimentation approach.
What makes me good at it.
As a self-taught and engineer, I believe my major strengths are my analytical prowess and ability to connect and draw conclusions from data. As I got into marketing, I also discovered a creative side that allows me to blend both new and old knowledge to create unique solutions to particular problems.
Why I do it for Lean Labs?
Being Brazilian and having worked nearly exclusively for national businesses, I made the decision to start my international career at a certain point. Lean Labs grabbed my eye during my search for organizations because of its emphasis on the professional and personal growth of employees, in addition to flexibility and excellence-oriented values.
