Project Overview

Visisoft partnered with Lean Labs to elevate their brand and turn a strong product into a great sales experience.

The challenge? Their product had grown fast, but their website hadn’t kept up. 

Messaging was unclear, navigation was clunky, and prospects didn’t see the value right away. A simple redesign wouldn’t cut it. They needed to rethink how they told their story—online and in the sales process.

Our mission: Clarify the messaging, build a high-impact HubSpot site, and give Visisoft the tools to sell with confidence.

Here’s how we made it happen.

Introduction

Visisoft is an all-in-one solution built specifically for growing attractions. With a platform already used by millions, their product was strong, but their site didn’t reflect that strength. Internally, they knew the value of their solution, but externally, that story was unclear.

To align their messaging with the product’s quality and support a long, complex sales cycle, Visisoft needed more than a website revamp. They needed a site that would elevate the brand, empower the sales team, and speak directly to decision-makers in the attraction space.

 

The Problem

Their old website had become clunky. Visisoft’s content was outdated, and messaging had been layered over time without a clear strategy. Prospects didn’t understand the value.

Internally, the team knew they had a premium product, but the site didn’t do much to communicate that to prospects.
The biggest problem? Their sales team lacked a consistent, confident place to point prospects. Pages felt disconnected, and messaging lacked clarity.

In an industry where budgets are tight and decisions are weighed against physical upgrades like new cafes or exhibits, Visisoft needed to clearly show why investing in tech was worth it.

The Solution

Visisoft teamed up with Lean Labs to create a website that looked great and, more importantly, functioned as a sales engine.
Here’s what we tackled:

  • Conducted a full messaging and positioning overhaul
  • Clarified the sales story to resonate with stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Built a modular, scalable HubSpot website ready for future growth
  • Aligned the site to the sales cycle, creating better entry points, sales enablement content, and product positioning
All in all, we created a beautiful new website with messaging designed to speak directly to attraction owners and communicate Visisoft’s value in a compelling way.

The Results

At the time of writing this case study, it’s early days, so we don’t have a ton of data yet (check back for our 90-day review update!) But the team is seeing some positive impacts already:

  • Sales Alignment: Sales teams now confidently use the site to support long buying cycles and send targeted follow-up links
  • Messaging Clarity: Prospects better understand what Visisoft does—and why it matters to their revenue and guest experience
  • Internal Buy-In: Everyone from sales to leadership is aligned around the same story
Visisoft’s new site does more than support its product; it sells it, setting the stage for the next wave of growth.
