As a Former Inbound Agency Owner, we offer you consistent, reliable hours and pay for your client skills and marketing expertise. You’ll be the strategic guide and trusted partner for our clients — helping them grow smarter, faster, and better. You’ll lead communication, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that every deliverable drives measurable impact.
You’ll:
Serve as the main point of contact for your client accounts.
Build strong relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and value.
Translate client goals into actionable marketing and growth strategies.
Lead onboarding, planning, and quarterly review sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams — strategy, content, design, and dev — to ensure smooth execution.
Track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and proactively recommend next steps.
Keep everything on track: timelines, budgets, and expectations.
You’ll work closely with our Growth and Marketing teams inside HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, and other collaboration tools to deliver consistent excellence.
3–5 years of experience running your own inbound marketing agency.
Minimum of 6 years tenure with a company in the past. It doesn’t have to be your most recent position, but we do require proof of loyalty, showing that you have a history of sticking with a company.
A relevant promotion within a company in the past. We believe that A players are recognized and promoted within.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, digital funnels, and lead generation.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Effectiveness on camera is an essential required skill for this role. You must be an expert at effectively communicating on camera in meetings, as well as podcasts, live Zoom events, and in videos for YouTube or LinkedIn.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strategic problem-solver with a bias toward action.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms.
