Introduction
ZenPilot helps agencies build operations that actually scale. Their unique 1-3-5 Formula brings structure, tools, and habits together so teams can focus on what matters, deliver consistently, and grow their brands.
They had a clear product and a strong value proposition, but their website didn’t reflect that. Visitors didn’t always understand what ZenPilot offered or where to go next, and since a confused mind always says, “no,” their exit rates were sky high.
ZenPilot needed more than just a visual refresh. They needed a strategic partner who could help them shape a full buyer journey that would boost conversions. That’s where Lean Labs came in.
The Problem
ZenPilot’s team knew their old site was limiting their potential. The design felt too simple, the messaging was surface-level, and their high-value offers weren’t getting the visibility they deserved.
Visitors were interested enough to click in, but too often, they left without taking the next step.
ZenPilot needed a site that helped users self-qualify, answered their biggest questions, and nudged them toward the right next step. They also needed a website architecture that could scale with them over time.
The Solution
Lean Labs stepped in to help ZenPilot rework their website, buyer journey, and conversion process, from first impression to booked call.

- Redesigned the site from the ground up to reflect ZenPilot’s unique brand and value proposition
- Mapped out the buyer journey to give visitors clear next steps based on their stage and needs
- Optimized calls-to-action around lead quality, not just volume
- Improved messaging across key pages to build trust faster
- Laid the groundwork for ZenPilot to scale with additional subdomains and landing pages
ZenPilot’s team had been nervous after bad experiences with migrations and messy page redirects, so the Lean Labs team took extra care to ensure the technical side of the launch was as smooth as possible.
The Results
After launch, the ZenPilot team saw some killer results.
Their clearer messaging that connects with agency leaders and the streamlined user experience made the next steps more obvious (and easier to take).
- The new, flexible site structure makes it easier to launch subdomains, playbooks, and campaigns.
- Alongside ZenPilot’s own social and paid efforts, the new site launch resulted in 3X more contacts after 30 days and 4X more contacts after 90 days.
