I live in Olathe, Kansas, which is a suburb of the Kansas City metro. ##### What I love doing (when not at work). When not working, you'll likely find me at a soccer game (or football for anyone not in the US). I'm a proud "soccer mom" to my three daughters, Kaiya, Taylor and Brynley, who occupy most of my free time running around to their endless games and school activities. Spending quality time with my husband and children in the mountains - hiking, skiing, relaxing, really anything in the mountains - is my favorite past time. I also love watching pretty much any college/professional sport, live music, retail therapy and my German Shepherd Boulder. ##### What I do (professionally). I'm the Head of People. I interface between Kevin and the team to help ensure things get done. ##### What makes me good at it. I graduated from the University of Louisiana - Monroe with a degree in Business Management. I have spent my nearly 20 year professional career working behind-the-scenes, helping founders get their plans delegated and executed. ##### Why I do it for Lean Labs?
