If you’re the kind of person who loves connecting the dots between strategy and results, and you thrive in an environment that values ownership and autonomy… keep reading. 👇 **What You’ll Do** * Help us guide, build, and systemize our AI systems, especially building agents, and using them to drive real client results as more of a “Loop Marketing Leader” powered by AI, not just an AI tinkerer. * Manage client communication: Serve as the main marketing point of contact for key clients, ensuring strategic alignment and ROI-focused execution. * Lead marketing strategy: Develop and execute inbound and growth marketing strategies for both Lean Labs and select client accounts. * Manage campaigns: Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, SEO, paid, email, social) that drive awareness and qualified leads. * Collaborate with teams: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and growth strategists to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable results. * Track and report performance: Set clear KPIs, track performance in HubSpot and Google Analytics, and communicate actionable insights to clients and leadership. * Build the brand: Elevate Lean Labs’ marketing presence through storytelling, thought leadership, and consistent brand voice. --- **What You Bring** * Passion for agentic marketing systems. (If you're not sure about this, please stop here.) We'd love to see a modern agent that you built (using n8n, Claude Code, etc) that's in the scope of marketing. * 4+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing (agency experience preferred), with experience managing client's well. * Effectiveness on camera is an essential required skill for this role. You must be an expert at effectively communicating on camera in meetings, as well as podcasts, live Zoom events, and in videos for YouTube or LinkedIn. * Minimum of 6 years tenure with a company in the past. It doesn’t have to be your most recent position, but we do require proof of loyalty, showing that you have a history of sticking with a company. * A relevant promotion within a company in the past.
